About Us
HDEC was founded by a group of experts to provide engineering consulting and integrated management services to government, and private sector institutions. Our activity is also involved in the field of project development.
As part of its efforts to foster and support sustainable building designs and construction initiatives, HDEC contributed to several projects and aims to serve the market and more tender than in the field of engineering.
HDEC ensures excellent supervision for project completion within schedule and budget at the highest standards and quality through integrated professional expertise and consulting experience to ensure quality and sustainability.
The project is planned and divided into specific tasks and equivalent duration by the project manager. The time schedule for the activities and the risk of delays are also studied and documented by the project manager along with other technical and financial concerns. The need for specific expertise and/or specific information is also demonstrated at this stage.
More About HDEC
The firm follows very strict work review system in all of its projects to ensure the highest possible quality of its works. The project team is usually composed of a senior engineer (project manager), project advisor, engineers and a maximum of one freshman engineer. Other personnel as draftsmen and supervisors are involved depending on the project nature.
Advice and comments made by the engineers are discussed in the first project meeting. After the work plan is complete, it goes to the head of the department for review and comments.
